Modus Transport Solutions currently provides traffic and transport planning advice to Miller Developments in respect of their development portfolio throughout Scotland. This advice ranges from initial site access appraisals and access design solutions to the preparation of Transport Assessments to support planning application submissions.

Wallace Land

Modus Transport Solutions provide traffic and transport planning advice to Wallace Land for a number of their development sites in Scotland. We provide initial access appraisal advice and access design solutions and have most recently been part of the Team that assisted Wallace Land in promoting a site at Shott Farm through the South Lanarkshire Local Development Plan review. We also assisted Wallace Land in promoting a site in Strathaven, again through the South Lanarkshire Local Development Plan review.

Gladman Developments Ltd

Modus Transport Solutions currently provides traffic and transportation advice to Gladman Developments Ltd for a number of their residential development sites in Scotland. Working closely with the Gladman Developments Team we have recently prepared a Transport Assessment in support of a residential development in Balerno, Edinburgh. We are also currently preparing a Transport Assessment for a residential development in East Renfrewshire and have provided initial access appraisals advice for a number of other potential residential development sites in the Gladman portfolio.

Clarendon Planning and Development

Modus Transport Solutions currently provides specialist support to Clarendon Planning and Development on a wide range of development proposals ranging from residential, retail, commercial developments and wind farm projects.

Modus Transport Solutions work closely with Clarendon at various stages of the planning process, including pre-application consultation, formal applications and Development Plan lobbying.

Modus Transport Solutions currently provides specialist traffic and transport planning advice to Marston’s for all of their development portfolio throughout Scotland. We work closely with the full Marston’s Consultancy Team at all stages of the planning process and have been part of the Team which has achieved a number of recent successful planning permissions for new Marston’s developments throughout Scotland. Modus Transport Solutions always seeks to ensure that we deliver practical and financially viable transport planning advice to Marston’s to enable them to continue their successful expansion in Scotland.

This advice has included initial site access appraisal studies through to the preparation of Transportation Statements and Transport Assessments and advice in relation to Masterplanning.

Modus Transport Solutions provide traffic and transport planning consultancy services for Lord Kerr in relation to his varied landed interests in both Midlothian and the Scottish Borders and, most recently, in support of a Planning Application for a proposed mixed-use strategic land release in Kelso which will ultimately deliver in excess of 300 residential dwellings together with a new Secondary School.
