Modus Transport Solutions is an Independent Transport Planning Consultancy founded by its owner and director Duncan Birrell.

Duncan, a former Technical Director with SKM Colin Buchanan, set up Modus Transport Solutions after 29 years in the transport planning and traffic engineering consultancy field, in order to provide clients with dedicated specialist transport planning services and advice.

Modus Transport Solutions prides itself on providing our clients with a full and personalised service to ensure that we deliver practical and financially viable transport planning advice.
